Description
I am a 74 year old senior who works very hard to keep my property clean, litter free and presentable. The recycable workers have left medicine bottles. plastic cups and paper on the ground. If I pay the city to remove the these items, I don't feel I should go behind the workers and pick-up trash. On the other hand, I know these worker don't leave trash on the ground in Windsor Farm Community. I exspet the same services as a tax-payer. I hope this problem is cleared up in a professional man
