Description

There is a very large pothole at the intersection of Park Avenue and Maple Avenue. The pothole has a cone in it for drivers' safety. It continues to grow and is now difficult to avoid. There are also several more potholes along Park Avenue. I initially contacted the city on May 8, 2019 (Request ID: DPW000026128). The request was closed May 22, but no action has been taken. The only note is that it is was a DPU issue.
