Description

speeding-citizen wants a speed bump on Dundee Ave because of constant speeding and the streets proximity to Patrick Henry elementary school. Caller states that the traffic circle doesn't do anything to stop speeders, Citizen states that he will keep calling this request in until the spending issue is addressed.
