Description
The street gutter outlet that is infront of the house at 3619 Edgewood Ave, needs repair. When it rains water COLLECTS in front of MY HOME making it difficult to enter or exit without stepping in a puddle of water. This is because roots from the tree has RAISED the pavement and it prevents the water from running in the street gutter.
