Description

At least 2 bad potholes and probably 8 of less severity in the eastbound lane of the 1600 block of Westbrook Ave, between the main entrance to Crestwood Road and Hermitage Road. Westbrook has been in deplorable condition for months. Granted there is underground utility work in progress on this road but that is no excuse not to repair the potholes.
