Description

The pavement in front of and beside Chippenham Medical Center is in horrible condition. One has to swerve multiple times to avoid all the potholes. Specifically, the roads are Jahnke and Hioaks. Chippenham is recently achieved the status of a Level I trauma center. The revenue brought to the City of Richmond should justify better roads. Over the years, there have been patches but they return to the pothole condition very soon after the repairs.
