Description

The city's Chief of Risk Management and the Risk Coordinator identified a tripping hazard that poses an immediate danger to individuals walking on the sidewalk attempting to access the Boulevard Burger and Brew restaurant. A raised sidewalk was identified on 5/24/19. The sidewalk hazard is located at 1300 N Boulevard, to the immediate right of the entrance apron as you enter the restaurant parking lot.
