I spoke with Mr. Harris again today and it sounded like the issue was more about communication he had with Norm in regards to his fence being damaged. Mr. Harris stated his fence was damaged while the crewpruned the tree and he did not want to file a claim and go through this process. Mr. Harris communicated he had talked with Norm about this issue and was following up. I also talked with Mr. Harris about getting the city trees on his property on alist to be pruned again. I explained that this could take some time and he was understanding. Thanks! I’m not sure if Norm ever got a chance to contact Mr. Harris. I opened anotherService Request because the first one was closed/complete but the citizen is still complaining. The new Service Request number is 396405. The one that was closed is 386786. Mr. Harris phone number is 804-525-8309. Thank you
