Description
Every morning I access the highway ramp to 95 N / 64 E using the ramp on Broad Street (when coming up broad, exit ramp is on your right, approaching 14th st.) MCV students & state workers use the crosswalk that goes across this ramp when they're walking from the parking downtown to the buildings around 14th. During rush hour it seems very dangerous to have so much foot traffic across a highway on-ramp. I thought it would be nice to have a ped. bridge so they can safely cross & not impede traffic
