Description

These are the largest oak trees in northside ....now dropping large limbs on the road and starting to come over houses. Seems to be suffering from kind of fungus. Limbs turn yellow and drop... a few cars have already been hit. This is still a big issue on Overbrook with now the street lights being affected. See ticket : DPU000009757
