Description

Large dead limbs are falling out of this tree, even when it's not windy or stormy. The city pruned it 11 years ago and it needs to be pruned again. I called a couple of years ago when smaller branches were falling off, but no one ever came. Now it is urgent. A large limb fell overnight. It was big enough to kill someone if it had hit a person. Please prune this tree. It's beautiful and should NOT be cut down, just pruned. Thank you very much.
