Description

From 2409 North Ave. to 2509 North Ave., bushes and hedges are growing to the point where it is obstructing the sidewalk and causing pedestrians to walk into the street. Also, it is covering up the yellow two arrow sign were Overbrook Rd. intersects North Ave.
