Description

Large puddles have become a near-constant presence in the alley behind the 2100 block of Hanover (odd-numbered houses), between the houses and Joe's - and when the puddles do dry they have left behind holes almost 5 inches deep. Please help with grading and filling the gravel! Thanks!
