Description

Yesterday, City crews came through and graded and put new gravel down in the alley behind my house. My water meter is located in the alley and was sunken beneath the surface of the rest of the alley. The crews dumped a bunch of gravel on top of the water meter to fill the hole and in the process of grading or compacting it they broke the meter or a connection inside the junction and there is now a large leak at my meter. I brought this to the attention of the supervisor on site yesterday.
