Description

There is a mostly dead tree on city property. The dead branches hang over where cars are parked and children play and I am concerned for their safety. We had to cut a limb off of it since it was hanging dead about to fall. There are still large dead limbs hanging over the sidewalks. I'm highly concerned for our children playing and neighbors walking under it.
