- System · August 10, 2021Caller has this request in since 2019 and no work has been performed. Tree roots have caused the sidewalk to be push up uneven and in other places on the sidewalk. The caller has handicap ramp in front of her room. She is horrified that she will trip and fall from the uneven sidewalk that she put the request in since 2019.
