Description

The city tree on area between sidewalk and monument ave, at 4203 Monument, has a broken, but caught up and hanging, pointing down large branch, which will fall at any moment, and maybe on an unsuspecting walker on the sidewalk. Its about 10 feet up, not huge, but overhanging the sidewalk, and could hit someone just hard enough, to hit them, as its pointing down. Right side of tree, if on sidewalk, facing monument.
