Description

Hedge along Laburnum Ave at home of 3801 Moss Side Avenue obstructs view of WB Laburnum traffic and makes it dangerous to drive South onto or cross Laburnum from Moss Side Avenue. Overgrown hedge extends 3' over City pedestrian sidewalk. Cannot use the sidewalk!
