alley has huge potholes at this location. that needs to be fixed. because when it rains water sits there and mosquitoes come. 10-12 potholes. 3300 block of Stuart Ave , between tilden Street- Roseniece road

    ran out of gravel and was told that they would be back to place more but to date hasn't; Now there's a huge hole that has developed. Caller states the alley is still in need of being graded.
