Description

Standing water, potholes, and ruts in alley. This is a complaint submitted numerous times over the past two years. Recycle and trash trucks come through the alley and the surface continues to worsen. Please respond. The location is the alley behind our house at 2912 East Leigh Street. NOTE: Entrance to alley is on North 29th Street (600 block).
