Caller requests 4-way stop signs for all directions of this intersection. He states people regularly speed through the area and there have been multiple accidents at this intersection.

    All all-way stops must meet the warrants set forth in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). All fifty states and localities use the MUTCD for consistency in application on public streets. DPW has reviewed the intersection of Mccloy and Parkwood before. It did not meet the MUTCD warrants.
