Tree at the trailhead of North Bank Trail is showing signs of rot and/or eventual death. Large limbs are falling in moderate wind and the top of the tree appears dead. Limbs have nearly landed on vehicles parked below. Tree is located in the cul -de-sac at Riverside Park/Oregon Hill Parkway.
