Description
No Parking in Alley signs There used to be signs in the alley beside Flora, the restaurant on Lombardy between Grove and Hanover. Tenants, tradespeople and the new restaurant employees park in the alley, sometimes for long periods. They need to be replaced to assure residents can access their garages and so emergency vehicles can get through. Thanks!
