Description

The alley behind 3400 block of Hanover ave has a very large depression that keeps filling with water and breeding mosquitoes. It is not the main alley that runs through, but the sub alley that leads to the rear parking lots for the houses of the 3400 Hanover ave. Odd numbered houses. Large depression is behind 3425 Hanover ave house.
