Description

I sent a request notifying RVA311 that the vegetation in the front yard is over 24”. I received a reply within 20 hrs starting the service had be completed and my request was closed! The work in fact has NOT been completed. Who/why would reply that it was? Do I need to send another request? Photos of the RVA311 reply and the tall vegetation as it still exists. Please let me know what I need to do next.
