Description

the alley between Hanes and Fendall, especially right near Obama Elementary and behind my home and my neighbors' homes has massive tire ruts causing standing water to pool. the mud smells awful and mosquitos are breeding like crazy in the constant water. our water main access is getting driven on regularly, it appears, as vehicles attempt to avoid the holes and I worry it will cause damage to our water line.
