Description

Two traffic signals that I encounter daily don't seem to be triggered... I don't understand why some are and some aren't.... Westbound turning lane from Broad St. left onto Willow Lawn Dr. ... turning light doesn't turn green in rotation with the rest at that intersection. It gets skipped and takes forever to turn green. Southbound Willow Lawn Dr. at Patterson Ave turning west... that turn light used to be triggered by traffic and now cars sit there forever waiting for it to turn green.
