one way sign is down at Scarsborough Dr and W Huguenot was down he reported it someone did come out but they just stuck it back up and the wind blew it back down again. Spoke to X0442 was advised apologize that it wasn't fixed correctly; the sup. will be advised of it again and someone will come back out to repair the sign.
