Description

The Alley between Grove and Floyd in the 2400 block has several deep holes, which has now resulted in a pond about 12 feet in diameter in the middle of the block, that is breeding mosquitos. There are also several potholes nearer to Stafford side of the alley that are filled with water and should be filled in.
