Description
The alley off of Addison and Rowland needs to be at least re-graveled. This alley serves a lot of commercial businesses that didn't exist a few years ago on the 2200 Block of Main St. There are sometimes 25-30 cars that are parked back there. I'm not sure what their designated parking space capacity is, but PLEASE consider paving the alley. It has been repaired at least 4 times since 2008 with gravel before the city approved all of the commercial business with off-street parking behind them.
