Description

ALLEY IN INACCESSIBLE FOR TRASH, RECYCLING AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES FOR THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF TO MY PROPERTY!!! BECAUSE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND "ALLEY REPAIR". I HAVE CALLED, GONE TO CITY HALL, REQUESTED HELP THROUGH CLICK SEE FIX... THEN 311.THE CITY HAS DONE NOTHING. I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT SOCIAL MEDIA AND NEWS STATIONS NEXT.
