Description

Painted white lines and "STOP" on roadway. 3 way stop - intersection. Pepper Avenue @ Hanover. Many drivers just drive through this intersection without stopping as there are no markings on the newly paved roadway. This is the second request as you marked the previous as "completed" without any comments and without doing anything.
