Description

Speed humps on Pepper Avenue at Hanover. There is are stop signs at this three way intersection but people just drive through it while speeding on the Pepper. There is an elementary school on the street and it is very dangerous. You listed this as "completed" with no details and have done nothing so I'm submitting the request again.

    lease gather speed samples as noted in my email. TAB Pavement markings are planned with the paving contract.

    Speed samples taken on Pepper Ave shows a speed of 29 mph between Three Chopt and Patterson. Pepper Ave was recently re-paved. Work order 84786 was placed to replace stop bars at the intersection ofPepper Ave and Hanover Ave.
