Description

citizen calling to report an old tree growing on top of the home. the tree is ginormous, the citizen is elderly (lives alone) , and it's growing on top of the roof of the home and has tons of out of control limbs and branches.

    the tree root is uplift the sidewalk about 10-12 inches off of the ground , it feels similar to climbing
