Description

This stretch of W Franklin is two blocks combined (4600 and 4700 blocks) with Blacker dead ending into it. Because it is such a long block cars get going extremely fast by the time they are at this intersection. I am concerned for the safety of my 7 year old daughter and of the other children on the block. If there were a stop sign out in on W Franklin (making it a 3 way stop), it would prevent cars from getting up to such a high speed.
