Description

Please put in a signal for crosswalk at W48th and ForestHill Ave. Cars, including police vehicles and GRTC busses never yield to pedestrians even though it is clearly a crosswalk and the pedestrian laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia are equally clear. This crosswalk is incredibly dangerous and it is a matter of time before someone is injured or killed.
