Description

Tree in front of house bordering the curb has a couple of low hanging branches toward the sidewalk and front yard. The branches are competing with a tree in yard and causing it to be weak. Tree has been trimmed by the city toward the street but not the sidewalk side. Need these 2 or 3 limbs removed to balance the tree. If the city is unable to provide this service, can I have permission to hire an arborist to handle.
