Description

The graffiti is located along the pipeline in front of Riverside on the James Condos - at the area where pedestrians/walkers can get off the pipeline and into the water. Graffiti on both sides of the brick wall that holds up the train track. Such an eyesore for the residents but disgraceful for tourism. This class IV area of the river is one of the most photoed and publicized areas of the city. Please clean!!!
