would like to have a tree pruned for the dead branches and it hangs over the sidewalk please do not cut the tree citizen stated that she will be devastated if done please just a trim and prune

  Citizen called stating she met with the Arborist back in June and she just back from Europe and nothing has been done. I explained to Ms. Anderson we have had storms and the crew may be behind schedule a bit. She would like to know when the work will be done. I told her I would sent the Arborist a message and have them call her back.

  Response from Arborist J. Lester on 10/17/19 Hi Janine, Ms. Anderson called concerning the Willow Oak in front of her home with the 2 big dead limbs. She said she just returned from Europe and thought the work would be completed by now. I told her we have had some storms since June and the work may have been pushed back a little.
