Description

Speed humps on Pepper Avenue at Hanover. There is are stop signs at this three way intersection but people just drive through it while speeding on the Pepper. There is an elementary school on the street and it is very dangerous.

    epper has recently been paved and pavement markings are planned soon. Speed samples are planned to determine if physical traffic calming measures are needed.
