resident is calling in because there is a very dangerous tree that just moves with the wind. she is afraid that its going to fall. on one of their homes int hat area. But the tree is on school property Elizabeth D. Redd Elementary School. and she is notified this school numerous of times and they have no take this into consideration. so she is contacting the city to see what can be done, because at this point its not how its when.
