Description

the city planted trees on our street last year and one of the trees they planted on the side of our property was already broken at the trunk when they planted it. After a couple windy days, they tree finally broke, and now theres just a stump in the middle of the grass, creating a hazard for kids playing in the grass. Could this please be removed and a new tree planted in its place?
