Description

Alley still needs to be repaired between Hawthorne and Chamberlayne. This is the 5th request. Two asphalt patches were placed in February that did not address the flooding and retained water that occur each time it rains! The patches are already starting to deteriorate. It is also a large breeding ground for mosquitos.
