handicap citizen states that the ramp on the corner is filled with dirt and glass. the citizen got stuck in that dirt and would like it cleaned.

the curb located at the of intersection Gordon Ave and 17th St needs to be cleaned. citizen's brother is currently in a wheelchair and that ramp is the only way that he can safely get in and out of his vehicle.
