Large Oak F1 ID 20926 CD #2, Scheduled for contract prune as time allows. Spoke with Ms Cotton on 5/15 to explain our course of action.

need to check the status of the confirmation for her request about the tree. Caller was advised that the Oak has been added to the contract pruning list. Mr. and Mrs. Cotten are still concerned that the tree is rotten inside and needs to be cut down. He is requesting that this COR tree be reexamined.

Ms. Cotton called concerning the roots on the tree. She said she called 30 days ago and no one has returned her call. Citizen said she tripped and fell over the roots and she wants the tree taken down. Citizen would like for an Arborist to contact her ASAP 804-441-3442. Duplicate SR 404290 DPW000035476.
