Description

On W. 20th St just north of Springhill St there is a pothole big enough to damage cars. I report potholes on this street every few months. Perhaps the reason we have a lot of potholes here is because it appears that there is no longer (or never was) a road base. No substrate and miscellaneous rocks are visible. There's another pothole in that same block. Also, patches made earlier on Springhill and paved alley (between W 20th and W 19th) are spalling. Please fix that while nearby also.
