Description
people are taking up the entire sidewalk fishing along the 14th Street bridge (which is its own separate issue) but they are leaving a lot of trash along the sidewalk including fishing lines, cans, and worst of all fish parts making for a nasty smell as you walk across the bridge. is it possible to add signage, have enforcement, or place a trash can along the bridge?
