Description

Resident is calling in because she is an older lady who has a handicap sign hanging up for her to park. but its hard to get out of the house because the side walk is raised up. and she is afraid that she is going to fall. sidewalk has separated from the curb and it sits up about a half a foot

    other day tried to put cane down, and it wasn't on a sturdy Surface and she almost fell. this is an issue that is dangerous for her, every time she leaves her house. because she doesn't know where its safe to put her cane or walk.
