Description

Our neighbors at 319 N 27th st. had limbs cut off the tree by Dominion Electric in front of our residence at 317 1/2 N 27th st and they've been there for over a week. We would like the limbs removed from the walkway, as occasionally they've been moved to partially block our driveway and obstruct the sidewalk.
