Description

The areas around the dumpsters and the public alley behind 2803 W. Broad Street need the city's attention in as far as garbage that needs to be picked up and removed including a mattress, metal grate and other large garbage items. This area is frequently used by homeless people who gather and leave these items behind and I would appreciate the City taking action on this matter to improve this area that has been neglected for some time. Thank you!
